Jesse trained as an actor at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, working as an actor for the last decade on TV and Theatre projects. He is creative director of Engineer Theatre Company, alongside his work as an assistant producer at BBC Radio Two. Grassroots is his directorial debut.
